These are answers. Answers I have.
Its a house, ~30? Likely. Probably. If you have a projector. A decent switch might be handy. Byoc. Many in attendance have sailed the salty scurvy seas of the internetron.

Further questions

We've got some switches, we'll bring them. Make sure everyone is bringing cable. I'll throw my spare Airport Express in as well so we can have laptop connectivity.

How's power? Do we need power strips and stuff?

Second, do we have a games list? Depending what it is, people may need to buy or "buy" the software, otherwise we're all downloading some game on one pipe for maximum slowness.

Thirdest, tables/chairs/whatnot. Do we have flat space for everything and implements of sitting?

Jason and I are definitely in, I think Joey is fence-sitting at the moment, and I'll hit up the other guys and see what we can drum up.

Pizza and Enchiladas ==

Pizza and Enchiladas == awesome.

As for gaming, some people showed up with switches, so things are going well. Bring tables?

Sounds like a plan.

How big is your venue? How many people? PC Gaming? Console gaming? Can we set up one of those Defcon-style projectors that broadcasts all cleartext information onto a wall? I've always wanted to do that. Do you need any infrastructure? Switches, servers, cabling, etc? Jason is old-school Quakecon staff if you need expert advice. Also, filesharing?
